We ship daily from Raleigh, NC. While we provide estimated delivery dates, Panacheprose is not liable for carrier delays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
5. Returns and Exchanges
To maintain the quality of our curated archive, we operate under the following policy:
No Refunds: All sales are final; we do not offer monetary refunds.
7-Day Exchange: We offer exchanges for store credit or another item within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Final Sale: After the 7-day window has passed, the item is no longer eligible for exchange.
