At Panache & Prose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Returns

• We accept returns on eligible items in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@panacheprose.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Once approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and instructions.

3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

   Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

   • Since we offer free shipping on all orders, no shipping fees are charged or refunded

   Exchanges

   We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
   If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

   Damaged or Defective Items

   If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@panacheprose.com right away. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
