At Panache & Prose LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Returns

We accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@panacheprose.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Once approved, we ‘ll provide a return shipping label and instructions at no cost to you.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us right away at info@panacheprose.com. We assist you with a full refund or replacement.
